Please report as soon as possible any accident, injury, conduct, unsafe condition, or insecure condition to your preceptor and Placement Coordinator.
- If you have received medical care or missed time from placement as a result of a placement-related injury/illness, please start a claim by calling the WorkSafeBC Teleclaim Contact Centre at 1.888.WORKERS (1.888.967.5377).
- In addition, both you and your preceptor must complete an online report on the UBC CAIRS website.
