We are excited to share that the OPERAS arthritis self-care tool has been selected by the Arthritis Society as 1 of 8 finalists for the Arthritis Ideator Award. On April 21st, the research team led by Dr Linda Li will meet a panel of judges for a chance to win Canada’s best arthritis innovation.

OPERAS (On-demand Program to EmpoweR Active Self-management) is an easy-to-use web/mobile app designed for people with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) to track their health. This app helps people to “see” how their symptoms and physical activity levels change over time, together with the treatment they use. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this information can be helpful for people with RA to plan all the things that they juggle in their self-care.
