Kristin Campbell receives a 2015 Killam Research Fellowship

Kristin Campbell HeadshotDr. Campbell will further her research expertise  around methodology in advanced body composition measurement using CT scans and on use of administrative data abstracted on treatment toxicity for established cohort studies from the electronic medical records used at Kaiser Permanente.

In a visit to Dr Melissa Troester’s lab at the University of North Carolina she will learn cutting edge methodology and data analysis procedures, including use of microarrays to examine gene expression and techniques for analysis of epigenetics (i.e., modification of gene expression, such a DNA methylation).
