New UBC PT Continuing Ed course in Neuroanatomy – May 30-3, 2015

The UBC PT Department is hosting a continuing education course titled, “Neuroanatomy Refresher: From Bench to Bedside” on May 30-31, 2015.  This inter-disciplinary course is the ultimate learning experience for all clinicians interested in neuroscience and rehabilitation. Expert instructors, Tara Klassen, Lara Boyd and Claudia Krebs will provide evidenced based bench to bedside content that will improve your practice.

Day 1 will be spent in in the neuroanatomy lab reviewing the brain and spinal cord through interactive “hands-on” learning with cadaver specimens and supported by dynamic on-line modules/videos and inter-disciplinary case studies.  Day 2 will focus on the application of neuroanatomy to the clinician’s daily practice.

“Early Bird” pricing for the course (prior to April 1, 2015) is $500 (if you’ve supervised, or will supervise, a student for a minimum of 70 hour clinical practicum between September 2013-September 2015) and $575 (regular rate, without contribution to student supervision). A rate increase will occur April 1.
