Welcome message from site

The Surrey Back in Motion Newton clinic provides outpatient rehabilitation services for clients with mild to moderate head injuries. Team-based interventions are focused on improving function and assisting clients to return to their pre-injury work. The majority of clients have sustained mild head injuries or concussions and PT interventions most commonly focus on balance, dizziness and headaches, as well as orthopaedic injuries.

As a busy clinic, there is ample opportunity to observe and work with several physical therapists as well as be exposed to clients with multiple physical, cogntive, and psychosocial barriers. Arrangements can also be made to observe PTs at other Back in Motion locations if interested.

Newton is a short bus ride from the King George Skytrain station and accessible from Vancouver and communities in the Fraser Valley. The clinic is located in a retail area with many shopping and eating establishments near by.
